HYE! eh Assalamualaikum! I'm back! Anyway today i'm gonna talk about healthy living! God had given us a good health when we were born. So, why we don't sustain that good health until we grow up? I'm and obese person on January 2012. My weight was about 90++kg. On the month of March, I moved to Melawati into a new condo. And then i saw the gym. I've started working out with my dad every week. Now my weight is 82kg!!!!! Its quite amazing though. But taking care of my diet is the hardest part. We Malaysians like to eat rice a lot! That's why the amount of obesity rate increases raoidly. Actually rice is good for us if we do vigorous work everyday. It supplies energy for us. After working out for about 5-6 months taking rice lesser than veges and protein show me results. But what endure me to be healthy is all the stories about cancer survivors. I took an example about my dad's boss who had been confirmed having colone cancer stage 2. He decided to lose weight by running. He didn't quit running for over 1 year. With a healthy diet and high dicipline, when he checked for his cancer, it was permanently cured! How amazing a human body is? We don't have to pay hundreds of ringgit or dollar to cure a sickness, we ourselves make our body sick, so why not we make it healthy again?

It was WOOOWWWW! haha! i joined a silat tournament at PULAPOL! make it to the final but i lose! and now! bearing all the bruises! anyway no matter i lose i make it to the finals aite? im proud of it! can't forget the adrenaline when fought BIG GUYS!! till then! byeee have a BOOM!
